We are currently home to many rescued goats in many different wings of the rescue. Your generous donation will provide care to one of the rescued goat residents. Thank you!
In return you will receive a photo card and information about your adopted resident!
This is Zombie George
He was young when he came to the rescue, maybe a year old. He came with his twin Ringo.
They came from someone's backyard in Seattle. They had grown to big for the space they had to live and the guy realized quickly that he could not adequate feed and house the goats any longer. George's brother Ringo passed to rainbow bridge in the summer of 2019. They had both being living in Assisted living together, as both of them had no teeth and both of them needed a little more help in their old age.
George is the sweetest guy, an over lover, and a ladies man. He has captured the hearts of many, as one of our assisted living goats.
One Eyed Petey was found wandering in a families neighbourhood as a young goatie. The family took him in, but no one claimed him and they had no idea how to look after a goat . They decided if they didn't find a place for him to live he may very well end up in a freezer somewhere, that's code for sent to auction for slaughter. The little guy was blind in one eye when he got to us, so his story prior we have no idea.
He came to the rescue in 2008 as just a youngster and has lived with us ever since.
