Looking after a large population of older rescued animals can be both challenging and time consuming. But they are WORTH it!

We have a one stop shop medical shop for everyone who needs any of their individual needs met 24/7.  Our main focus is in preventative care that is a fantastic mix of both holistic and western medicine. 
​A day in the life of OGH includes...

  • Medication Rounds
  • Laser & Red Light therapy ( A favorite for our arthritic goats)
  • Rehabilitation as needed 
  • Bandage changes, and Wound checks
  • Watching and Checking in with our assisted living, hospice care, senior care and special needs goats daily for changes.
  • Watching for injuries or issues such as hoof rot a pretty common occurrence in the PNW weather.
  • Quality of life assessments which happen daily and then monthly with our vet team.
